What is a Hall effect keyboard?

How long does delivery take?

Delivery Time

There are two delivery methods:

  • Locker delivery (easybox) - 1-2 business days
  • Fast Home Delivery 24H - estimated 1 business day

If you placed your order before 3 PM (Monday to Friday, or 2 PM on Saturday), your order will usually be handed over to the courier on the same day.

If your order was placed on public holidays or on days with a high volume of orders, it will be dispatched within a maximum of 1-2 business days, and if it's during busier periods for couriers (Black Friday, Christmas, Easter, high delivery volume, etc.), there might be a few days' delay in delivery.

I've placed an order and I want to change/cancel something, is that possible?

If the order has not been shipped and you have not yet received the AWB, changes/cancellations can be made by contacting us at our email address suport@beasty.ro.

Before sending any order, we always check our email for any changes to the address/product/information/etc.

Do you deliver outside of Romania?

Yes, we also deliver to most European countries.

Where is my order being sent from?

All orders are shipped from Iasi.

Do I have the right to return?

If you are not completely satisfied with your keyboard, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receipt, without needing to state a reason for your decision. The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered, with all included accessories.

Do products come with a warranty?

All our keyboards come with a standard 2-year warranty, covering any manufacturing defects or operational issues that may arise under normal use conditions.

How can I leave a review for a product?

Five days after you receive your order, you will receive an email asking you to leave a review for the product(s) you ordered. Alternatively, if you wish to leave a review earlier for a product, please use the email address you used when placing the order.

We only want genuine reviews from customers who have purchased and tested the products. This way, we can provide accurate and reliable information to other buyers.

Where can I find the product manual and warranty certificate?

You can find the product manual on the product page (on Beasty), on the manufacturer's website, or in physical form in the keyboard box. Some products on the website do not have a manual on the product page.

Is the order invoice digital?

Yes, you will generally receive the order invoice by email on the same day your order arrives, to the email address used for the order.

If you haven't received the invoice by email and 2 days have passed, please contact us at suport@beasty.ro.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most bank payments (AMEX, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop, Mastercard, Visa, Union Pay, Maestro, PayPal), but you can also pay cash on delivery.

What if I received a damaged/incorrect order?

How long does it take to get my money back from a return?

Depending on your bank, it usually takes a few days, but in some cases, it can take up to 14 days.

How long does it take for you to hand over the order to the courier?

On the same day you place your order, from Monday to Saturday, it will be handed over to the courier if the order was placed before 3 PM.

If there are public holidays, the order will be shipped on the first working day.
