Delivery

All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Iasi, Romania. It is not possible to physically pick up the order from the office; it can only be ordered online and delivered by courier.

Delivery in Romania

For orders exceeding 500 lei, delivery is completely free (applied automatically at checkout)!

We have two methods for delivering orders:

• Locker delivery (easybox) - 1-2 working days.
• Fast Home Delivery 24H - estimated one working day.

Delivery in Europe (most countries)

For orders exceeding 500 lei, 100 euro, Kč2335, kr.718, Ft36950, £83, zł407 at checkout, delivery is completely free (applied automatically at checkout). Excluding delivery to countries such as: Sweden, United States, Finland, and Switzerland (where delivery must be paid regardless of the order amount).

Delivery times are displayed at checkout, indicating the number of working days until the order arrives after it has been handed over to the courier. Delivery will be made to your home in European countries, via Packeta courier.

Any order outside of Romania must be paid by card. The cash on delivery option is not available.

IMPORTANT: Delivery time starts once the order is in the courier's possession. During busy periods for courier companies (Black Friday, holidays, high volume of orders, etc.), delays of several days in delivery may occur.

We send orders via Sameday courier company, and you can track them in the app (if order details and account match).

Shipments

Shipments are made exclusively on working days, according to the courier company's schedule (i.e., on days when it operates).

Delays in shipments may also occur on days with a high volume of orders, and order processing may take up to 1-2 working days. Typically, orders are prepared and shipped on the same day (those placed by 3 PM); those placed after the aforementioned time will be handed over to the courier the next day.
