Warranty
Products sold by Beasty benefit from a warranty, in accordance with the consumer protection legislation in force in Romania.
Warranty Duration
Hall effect / mechanical keyboards (new):
24 months for individuals, 12 months for legal entities
Second-hand / reconditioned / resealed keyboards:
12 months
Accessories (stickers, keycap pullers, switch pullers, cables, etc.):
do not benefit from warranty
Warranty Objective
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical malfunctions occurring under normal use conditions, including internal component issues and electrical failures.
Exclusions
The warranty does not apply in the following situations:

normal wear and tear of the product or consumable components;

damage caused by liquids, mechanical shocks, or improper use;

unauthorized interventions, modifications, or repairs;
-
products purchased from unauthorized sources;
-
commercial or industrial use;
-
damage caused by external factors or force majeure events.
Right of Return
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without stating a reason, in accordance with applicable legislation.
Warranty Claim Procedure
Warranty claims are made by email to suport@beasty.ro, with a description of the defect and relevant photos (if necessary). The product will be sent to the seller, with transportation costs borne by the customer.
Resolution
The maximum term for resolving a warranty claim is 7 working days from the date of product receipt. Depending on the situation, the solution may involve repair, replacement, or reimbursement of the product's value, in accordance with legal provisions.
